Guerrilla filmmaking, Teheran-style. The filmmaker, who has done a series of great movies, is banned from making films in his own country. So what does he do? He makes a film in his own country. He gets a taxi, and drives around as a taxi driver, and strings together a story in downtown Teheran that feels like a documentary but is scripted and all takes place in and around a taxi. It's fascinating to watch, as is the cultural insight on Iran. We're all not so different, after all.
