MAD MAX: FURY ROAD

Why so many people thought this deserved the Best Picture Oscar is beyond me. The first two Mad Maxes are still the best of the lot. This is just more bombastic, evil, sadistic, weird, gratuitously violent nonsense. For sure this film will be the subject of dissertations by researchers in the distant future, trying to figure out what the hell were people thinking in 2015. SCORE: 48.
